2. Print-on-Demand Policy Our products (T-shirts, Hoodies, Sketchbooks) are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner, Qikink. Because each item is printed or embroidered specifically for you, we do not maintain a warehouse of pre-printed stock.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Domestic (India): We offer Free Shipping on all orders within India.
- Processing Time: Since items are custom-made, please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged product or a printing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
- Size Exchanges: As each item is custom-printed, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please refer to our Size Chart before ordering.
- Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they are sent to production.
5. Intellectual Property All designs are the intellectual property of Livi Books/LB Shopping. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
